Relief From Sports Injuries for All Ages
We see athletes of all ages when they are injured during sports activities. They may be casual weekend warriors, golfers, skiers or competitive school athletes, but they all want to get out of pain and back to their respective games as quickly as possible.
Rehabilitation and sports injury prevention
Our sports-injured patients receive sport-specific exercises and functional training as part of their rehabilitation program. Our goal is to facilitate the earliest possible return to sports participation. We also work closely with coaches and school athletic trainers to determine goals and provide the most effective care. We help our athlete patients return to their sports with a better understanding of their injury and a specific plan for avoiding future injuries. Treatment programs may include manual therapy, myofascial release, and ultrasound among other techniques. Kinesio-taping may also be beneficial for support and pain relief.
